About the Role We are looking for a hands-on AI Platform Engineer with expertise in Claude Code, Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python, and AI-driven automation platforms. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain AI-powered business automation workflows • Develop and support Copilots, AI Agents, and integrations • Manage SharePoint, GitHub repositories, and deployments • Enhance workflow reliability, security, and operational efficiency Requirements • 5+ years of experience in AI platform engineering • Expertise in Claude Code (Agents, Skills, MCP Integrations) • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate & Copilot Studio • Python Automation & API Integrations experience • Understanding of AI Agents, LLM Workflows & RAG Solutions • Experience with SharePoint Repository Management • Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD & Release Management • Production Support, Monitoring & Troubleshooting skills • Business Process Automation experience
