About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Python Developer with strong hands-on experience building production-grade AI applications using Python, Amazon Bedrock, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Key Responsibilities • Design and develop production-grade AI applications using Python and Amazon Bedrock • Build AI agents and agentic workflows, preferably using Strands Agents • Develop RAG pipelines, embeddings, semantic search, and vector-search solutions • Implement PostgreSQL/pgvector-based retrieval architectures • Build reusable REST APIs and services using FastAPI and Pydantic • Integrate structured and unstructured enterprise data into AI applications • Implement prompt engineering, structured outputs, and LLM evaluation frameworks • Develop automated testing and AI quality evaluation strategies • Implement AI security, data protection, responsible AI, and governance controls • Optimize AI application performance, scalability, reliability, and traceability Requirements • 8+ years of Python development / Software Engineering / AI-ML Engineering • Python, REST APIs, FastAPI, Pydantic, and boto3 • Amazon Bedrock and LLM / Generative AI integration • Agentic AI / AI Agents — Strands Agents preferred • RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases • PostgreSQL / pgvector • Prompt Engineering, structured outputs, testing, and evaluation • Amazon Textract • AWS and Docker • Automated testing and AI evaluation • AI security, Responsible AI, and enterprise governance
