About the Role We are seeking an AI Security Lead to lead security strategy and governance for AI initiatives and provide advisory oversight during ONYX Security (AISPM) implementation. Key Responsibilities • Define AI Security Posture Management (AISPM) strategy, governance, and controls • Advise on ONYX Security implementation, architecture, and integration • Conduct AI risk assessments covering data security, privacy, model risks, and compliance • Align security controls with NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and enterprise security standards • Provide executive-level guidance, stakeholder management, and implementation oversight Requirements • 12+ years in Cybersecurity, Risk, or Security Architecture • Experience in AI/GenAI security, AI governance, and AISPM platforms • Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, risk management, and compliance frameworks • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications preferred
