About the Role We are seeking gifted software engineers to help build the next generation of AI products for our financial platform. This is a significant opportunity to join a growing team as a founding member and help shape how we design, build, evaluate, deploy, and operate production-quality AI systems. Key Responsibilities • Work across product engineering, applied data science, and machine learning to create AI-powered workflows • Help business owners and financial advisors answer complex questions and understand business performance • Develop backend services, data retrieval and transformation systems • Integrate LLMs and create agentic workflows • Build evaluation systems and user-facing product experiences Requirements • Must have startup experience or be a founder • No experience from big banks, insurance companies, or companies like Macy's • Experience with AI product development • Knowledge of machine learning systems and workflows • Ability to work with large language models and agentic systems
