About the Role We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer with a focus on healthcare and Epic EHR systems. This role involves integrating AI and generative AI solutions within Epic environments. Key Responsibilities • Build and integrate AI/Generative AI solutions within Epic EHR systems • Design and implement robust architecture for healthcare applications • Ensure system design, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems meet healthcare standards • Implement cloud architecture solutions, preferably on Microsoft Azure • Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or equivalent tools • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes • Work with databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and Databricks • Ensure observability, monitoring, security, and production support Requirements • 10+ years of experience in healthcare domain with recent hands-on Epic EHR experience • Epic Certification highly preferred • Strong experience in building or integrating AI/Generative AI solutions • Expertise in architecture, system design, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Cloud architecture experience, preferably with Microsoft Azure • Experience with AWS and GCP also valuable • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or equivalent • CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and Databricks • Observability, monitoring, security, and production support • Strong software engineering skills and end-to-end technical ownership
