About the Role We are looking for an AI Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on troubleshooting software applications, data systems, and integrations, with a focus on leveraging AI tools for debugging and code analysis. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot software applications, data systems, and integrations • Support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence systems • Leverage AI tools for debugging, code analysis, testing, and documentation • Support Azure, Salesforce, DevOps pipelines, and internal applications • Manage technical tickets, deployments, and production issues Requirements • Strong SQL & Data Warehousing skills • ETL/ELT Pipeline Troubleshooting experience • Power BI Reports & Dashboards expertise • Proficiency in Python, C#, SQL, and PowerShell • API & Integration Troubleshooting experience • Experience with AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor • Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps knowledge • Production Support & Root Cause Analysis experience
