About the Role We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Developer to help take an existing text-classification project to production. Key Responsibilities • Help take an existing text-classification project to production • Apply hands-on experience with NLP and text classification • Utilize traditional ML algorithms such as SVM and deep learning models • Understand precision, recall, F1-score, imbalanced datasets, and model evaluation • Debug, optimize, and productionize existing ML pipelines • Conduct applied research, experimentation, and present findings to business stakeholders Requirements • Strong Python development and Linux experience • Hands-on experience with NLP and text classification • Traditional ML algorithms such as SVM and deep learning models • Understanding of precision, recall, F1-score, imbalanced datasets, and model evaluation • Ability to debug, optimize, and productionize existing ML pipelines • Experience with applied research, experimentation, and presenting findings to business stakeholders • Production-quality coding and independent problem-solving skills Benefits • Opportunity to work on an existing text-classification project • Collaborate with a team of professionals • Work in a hybrid model with 3 days onsite per week
