About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Conversational AI, and API Automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing, deploying, and integrating enterprise-level AI/ML solutions. Key Responsibilities • Drive the complete machine learning project lifecycle, following industry best practices for development and software delivery • Design and develop virtual assistants using Conversational AI platforms • Work with business stakeholders to leverage LLM technologies for advanced analytics and intelligent automation • Develop and implement API automation solutions • Build, train, validate, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models • Integrate conversational bots with backend systems, databases, and APIs • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in complex, distributed environments • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable AI solutions Requirements • Strong proficiency in Python • Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning • Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, NLU, and Conversational AI • Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, and enterprise ML model deployment • Proficiency in Python libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, and TensorFlow • Experience designing, developing, and deploying conversational bots • Knowledge of API automation and backend integrations • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams • 10–12 years of experience implementing AI/ML models in enterprise environments • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, architectures, and deployment practices • Proven experience integrating AI applications with enterprise systems and APIs • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
