About the Role We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop and implement machine learning solutions. This role involves building end-to-end ML pipelines and production-ready AI/ML models. Key Responsibilities • Build end-to-end ML pipelines and production-ready AI/ML models • Develop AI solutions for claim outcome prediction, denial classification, next-best-action recommendations, clinical appeal summarisation, and workflow optimisation • Perform EDA, feature engineering, model training, tuning, validation, and monitoring • Implement LLM, RAG, and document intelligence solutions • Collaborate with data engineering and cross-functional teams • Communicate model results and technical findings to stakeholders Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Python, and SQL • Experience with Python libraries: pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and MLflow • Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI model development • Familiarity with Azure Databricks, MLflow, Delta Lake, Azure Machine Learning • Experience with Azure Data Lake and Azure Data Factory • Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering, and document intelligence • Experience with MLOps, feature engineering, model validation, monitoring, and drift detection • Knowledge of classification, regression, time series, recommendation systems, or Agentic AI • Experience with GitHub Copilot or an equivalent enterprise-approved AI coding assistant • Proficiency with Git, production-quality ML systems, and strong statistical modelling Mandatory Background Verification Education, employment, database, criminal, address, CIBIL, reference, ID, CV validation, employment-gap, credit, and drug checks are required.
