About the Role We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join a fintech client’s team in a full-time, permanent role. This position focuses on building scalable, cloud-based solutions using AI/ML technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent applications for fintech solutions • Build scalable backend applications and services using Java • Leverage AWS cloud services to deploy, manage, and scale AI/ML applications • Integrate machine learning models into enterprise applications and existing systems • Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions • Optimize application performance, model accuracy, scalability, and reliability • Follow best practices for testing, deployment, monitoring, security, and production support Requirements • Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and applications • Good hands-on experience with Java and backend development • Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud-based architectures • Experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications • Knowledge of Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is an asset • Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and MLOps practices is an advantage • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
