About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Support Engineer with strong GCP and Generative AI expertise to join our team. Key Responsibilities • Provide production AI/ML support and troubleshooting • Work with GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini, and Dialogflow • Utilize Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP technologies Requirements • 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML • Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Proficiency in Vertex AI, Gemini, and Dialogflow • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP • Knowledge of Python, Java, Shell, and Go • Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or Ray • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and GPU/TPU • USC or Green Card work authorization required
