About the Role We are seeking an Amazon Connect Developer with 4+ years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS services. Key Responsibilities • Develop and configure Amazon Connect Contact Flows, IVR, inbound/outbound calling, queues, routing, and callbacks. • Build AWS Lambda functions and integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, APIs, and backend systems. • Work with AWS services including API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, Kinesis, EventBridge, SQS, and SNS. • Develop custom routing, CTI integrations, and agent experience solutions. • Troubleshoot contact flows, APIs, integrations, and production issues. • Perform testing, debugging, code reviews, deployments, and root-cause analysis. • Collaborate with technical teams and prepare technical documentation.
