About the Role We are looking for an Amazon Connect Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining Amazon Connect solutions in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement call routing and messaging solutions • Develop contact flows and process documentation • Utilize AWS services including Lambda, Lex, EventBridge, SNS, and AppSync • Work with Kinesis Data Streams, Firehose, Glue, and DynamoDB Streams • Implement IVR, ACD, skill-based routing, queues, and live chat features Requirements • 7+ years of hands-on AWS experience in enterprise environments • 3+ years of Amazon Connect development experience • 3+ years of development experience in Node.js, Python, or Java • Strong knowledge of IVR, ACD, skill-based routing, queues, and live chat • Experience with AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, EventBridge, SNS, and AppSync • Knowledge of Kinesis Data Streams, Firehose, Glue, and DynamoDB Streams • Understanding of AWS VPC and Service Catalog • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust • Must reside within a 40-mile radius of ZIP code 21235 • Must be available to work onsite five days per week in the Woodlawn, MD area
