About the Role We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our team in the P&C insurance domain. This role requires strong technical skills and domain expertise. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain analytics solutions for insurance data • Create dimensional data models for reporting and analysis • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI Requirements • 6–10+ years of experience in P&C insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing, or Finance) • Advanced SQL skills and experience with dimensional data modeling • Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI • Strong background in data validation, testing, and reconciliation
