About the Role We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on building scalable data models and transformation layers. Key Responsibilities • Build scalable data models and transformation layers • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers • Collaborate with product team on technical requirements Requirements • 8+ years of experience in Analytics/Data Engineering • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and dbt • Experience building scalable data models and transformation layers • Strong knowledge of modern data architecture and Lakehouse • Experience with AWS, S3, Apache Iceberg, and Trino • Experience with semantic layers, semantic models, and metrics • Exposure to AI/LLM concepts such as RAG, Embeddings, Text-to-SQL, or MCP • Production pipeline experience with Dagster, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, data quality, and governance • Ability to technically lead complex data initiatives
