About the Role We are seeking an experienced Analytics Modernization Lead to drive enterprise analytics transformation, modernize legacy platforms, and deliver scalable, business-driven data solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end analytics modernization, from requirements and solution design through delivery, user adoption, and legacy retirement • Define scope and priorities based on business value, risk, complexity, and impact • Partner with business stakeholders to translate workflows and decisions into effective analytics solutions • Bring strong expertise in data modeling, SQL, data validation, testing, and reconciliation • Demonstrate detailed technical design experience with modern Lakehouse architecture • Align stakeholders and delivery teams around clear outcomes and data quality standards • Lead, mentor, and develop employees and contractors while managing delivery expectations • Experience in vendor management and technology evaluation Ideal Candidate: A strategic and hands-on leader who combines modern data architecture expertise with strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and end-to-end transformation capabilities.
