Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support to clients regarding Anti-DDoS solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues • Implement and maintain security technologies • Offer remote support for security technologies Requirements • 7+ years of experience with Anti-DDoS solutions like NETSCOUT, Arbor, or Radware • Moderate-level experience with security technologies including Firewall, IPS, IDS, and Proxy • Strong knowledge of diagnosis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Experience in providing remote support for security technologies • Relevant experience in network security and associated technologies
