About the Role We are looking for a strong Apigee Lead Developer with deep experience in API Management, API Integration, and Apigee Edge to Apigee X migration. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise API management solutions using Apigee • Lead migration from Apigee Edge to Apigee X • Work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into API solutions • Develop and maintain API documentation • Monitor API performance and improve reliability and efficiency • Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards • Provide technical guidance to development teams Requirements • Strong hands-on Apigee experience • Proven experience designing and implementing API Management strategies • Hands-on Apigee Edge to Apigee X migration experience • Strong RESTful API design knowledge • Backend development using Java, Node.js, or Python • Strong understanding of API Security protocols and standards • API performance monitoring and optimization • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Technical leadership and mentoring experience Preferred Skills • GCP / AWS • Microservices architecture • Docker / Kubernetes • CI/CD and DevOps practices • API testing tools • Agile methodologies
