About the Role We are looking for an Appian Developer with AI expertise to join our team in Canada. This role involves developing, supporting, and maintaining Appian BPM applications and AI-enabled production systems. Key Responsibilities • Develop, support, and maintain Appian BPM applications and AI-enabled production systems • Troubleshoot L1/L2 production issues related to applications, AI/ML models, data pipelines, and inference errors • Monitor application performance, AI model behavior, data quality, and system stability • Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), incident management, and preventive measures • Support minor enhancements, configuration fixes, and Generative AI prompt tuning • Assist with AI model deployments, retraining activities, and production releases • Collaborate with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI tools, scripts, RPA, or intelligent automation • Follow security, compliance, data governance, and responsible AI practices Requirements • Hands-on experience with Appian BPM • Application support and production troubleshooting • L1/L2 incident management and Root Cause Analysis • Application monitoring and performance optimization • Change management and release support • Strong problem-solving and communication skills Good to Have • Experience supporting AI/ML or Generative AI applications • Knowledge of Python, scripting, and data pipelines • Experience with AI model monitoring and prompt tuning • Exposure to RPA and intelligent automation
