About the Role We are looking for an Audio Speech Evaluator to join our team. This role involves engaging in natural conversations with an AI system and evaluating its speech and responses. Key Responsibilities • Engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI system across various topics and scenarios • Follow project guidelines while maintaining a natural and engaging conversational flow • Evaluate AI-generated speech and responses for tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, clarity, naturalness, and pacing • Provide accurate, objective, and constructive feedback using established evaluation criteria • Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines while maintaining consistent quality Requirements • Native or near-native proficiency in English • Preferred: Candidates with English teaching experience are highly encouraged to apply • Must be a native of or reside in the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Germany, or France • Ability to successfully complete the required assessment process
