About the Role We are looking for an experienced Automation Anywhere Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation • Develop reusable, scalable, and efficient automation workflows • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare technical documentation • Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, web applications, and Excel • Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements • Follow automation development standards, security guidelines, and best practices • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to ensure successful delivery Requirements • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in RPA development • Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere, preferably Automation 360 • Experience in bot development, debugging, exception handling, and scheduling • Knowledge of Excel automation, database operations, and application integration • Experience with REST APIs, SQL, web applications, and Windows-based applications • Understanding of queues, credential management, reusable components, and bot deployment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
