About the Role We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join our team in North Carolina. This role involves performing automation activities and supporting technical documentation and testing processes. Key Responsibilities • Perform automation activities, including code configuration, document development, and test execution using DeltaV • Develop and implement standard code using basic control strategies • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documents, including URS, FS, and DQ • Support the development and execution of IQ/OQ protocols and functional testing • Provide on-call automation support and troubleshoot technical issues • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Validation, and cross-functional teams • Ensure accurate, timely delivery of automation activities in compliance with project requirements Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in Automation, Instrumentation & Controls, or a related technical field • Hands-on DeltaV automation experience is mandatory • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical presentation skills
