About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced and certified ServiceNow SPM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules and AI-assisted development. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions • Manage Demand Management, Project & Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Financial Planning, and Roadmap Planning • Create integrations, workflow automation, dashboards, and reporting • Utilize AI-first development with GenAI, Now Assist, and Agentic AI concepts Requirements • 4+ years of ServiceNow Development experience • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules • Expertise in Demand Management, Project & Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Financial Planning, and Roadmap Planning • Experience with integrations, workflow automation, dashboards, and reporting • AI-first development mindset with GenAI, Now Assist, and Agentic AI concepts • ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification preferred
