About the Role We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer to join our team at a leading digital bank in Vietnam. This role focuses on defining and owning test automation strategy across mobile apps, backend services, and integrations. Key Responsibilities • Define and own test automation strategy across mobile apps, backend services, and integrations • Design and build scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, integration, and data layers • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) for continuous testing • Analyze test results, close coverage gaps, and collaborate with Engineering, QA, and DevOps • Mentor team members through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing Requirements • 5+ years in test automation with hands-on experience across UI, API, and system integration layers • Proficient with key automation tools & frameworks: Python (Robot Framework), Appium, Playwright, Jenkins, and GitLab CI • Comfortable working in Agile, cross-functional product teams Benefits • Professional working English
