About the Role We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our team in the banking and financial services industry. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions across enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts • Perform functional, integration, regression, database, and performance testing • Implement in-sprint test automation within Agile teams • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Support deployment, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery testing • Collaborate with development and QA teams to enhance software quality Requirements • 6+ years of experience in automation testing • Strong expertise in Python and Robot Framework • Experience with Selenium and Parasoft • Database Testing / SQL skills • Knowledge of C# or Java • Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab • Functional, Integration, Regression & Performance Testing experience • Agile / In-Sprint Automation experience Preferred Experience • Banking / Financial Services or Capital Markets • Cloud Migration Testing • Disaster Recovery and Backup Testing
