About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Automation Test Lead to support a critical healthcare Managed Care Transition Project for a North Carolina state government agency. Key Responsibilities • Support healthcare claims processing testing • Test healthcare EDI applications • Work with HIPAA X12 EDI Transactions: 837I, 837P, 839 • Utilize NCPDP D.0 standards • Develop test cases and test scripts • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing • Implement test automation and automated test suites • Write SQL queries and validate databases • Test web applications • Use HP ALM and Jira for testing • Follow Agile methodology and conduct UAT Requirements • 5+ years of experience in QA and software testing • 3+ years of healthcare claims processing testing • Hands-on experience with healthcare EDI transactions and transmission testing • Strong SQL, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Immediate availability is strongly preferred • Willing to work on-site in Raleigh, NC, as required by the client
