About the Role We are looking for a hands-on AWS Cloud Engineer to join the Cloud Architecture team and help build, automate, and support cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong AWS fundamentals, Infrastructure as Code experience, and the ability to work across cloud infrastructure, application development, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Build and support AWS solutions using Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB • Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS SAM, and CloudFormation • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions • Support serverless applications, containerized workloads, REST APIs, middleware, and integrations • Develop automation using Python, Node.js, Java, and scripting • Support Java/Spring Boot applications running on AWS • Implement OAuth 2.0, IAM, secrets management, and application authentication • Work with PostgreSQL, RDS Proxy, DynamoDB, and other AWS data services • Implement observability using Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing • Develop reusable IaC modules, AWS Systems Manager (SSM) automation, and deployment templates • Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, networking, database, security, and deployment issues • Support AWS account and landing-zone automation using AWS Control Tower and Organizations Requirements • Strong hands-on AWS cloud engineering experience • Experience with Lambda, ECS/Fargate, and API Gateway • Strong Terraform skills and experience with AWS SAM and/or CloudFormation • CI/CD experience, preferably GitHub Actions • Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and/or Java • Experience with REST APIs, integrations, databases, and OAuth 2.0 • Understanding of cloud security, IAM, observability, and troubleshooting
