About the Role We are looking for an experienced AWS Data Engineer with 9+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud modernization, and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate will design and develop scalable data solutions, support cloud migration initiatives, and leverage AWS generative AI capabilities to build intelligent, agent-based solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable data solutions • Support cloud migration initiatives • Leverage AWS generative AI capabilities to build intelligent, agent-based solutions • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions • Work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, architects, developers, and business stakeholders Requirements • 9+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Cloud Data Engineering • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and data engineering solutions • Proven experience in AI Agent development / Agentic AI workflows • Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, including foundation models and generative AI capabilities • Experience designing and implementing AI-powered applications and intelligent agents • Strong experience with on-premises to cloud migration, preferably migration to AWS • Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions • Strong programming experience with Python and/or other relevant data engineering languages • Experience with AWS data services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, EMR, Athena, Step Functions, and related services • Experience working with structured and unstructured data • Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, data quality, and data governance • Experience with cloud modernization and migration strategies
