About the Role We are looking for an experienced AWS Databricks ETL Developer to join an exciting data engineering project. This role requires strong hands-on experience building and optimizing scalable data pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Build and optimize scalable data pipelines • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines • Work with AWS Data Services and Databricks • Implement data modeling and Delta Lake solutions • Ensure data quality, testing, and governance Requirements • 10+ years of experience in data engineering • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Data Services, Databricks, and Apache Spark/PySpark • Proficiency in ETL/ELT Pipeline Development and Advanced SQL • Experience with YAML Configuration, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD • Knowledge of Data Quality, Testing, and Governance • Comfortable working 100% onsite in North Quincy, MA
