About the Role We are looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and engineering solutions on AWS with a focus on Genesys integration. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AWS serverless architecture • Integrate AWS services with contact center platforms • Develop and maintain REST APIs and web services • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Requirements • Strong hands-on AWS development and engineering experience • Experience with AWS serverless architecture and cloud integrations • Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or Node.js • Hands-on experience with Genesys, preferably Genesys Cloud CX • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and web services • Experience integrating AWS services with contact center platforms • Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
