About the Role We are seeking an AWS Engineer with hands-on Genesys experience to support an ongoing contact-center-related project. This role will focus on AWS engineering and development, with a complementary expertise in Genesys. Key Responsibilities • Support an ongoing contact-center-related project • Focus on AWS engineering and development • Utilize Genesys expertise for integration and support Requirements • AWS certification such as AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud credentials • Prior experience with Genesys Cloud CX APIs, SDKs, integrations, Architect, routing, or event-driven integrations • Experience with Amazon Connect or other AWS contact-center technologies • Experience with CI/CD, Git, infrastructure-as-code, Terraform or AWS CloudFormation • Knowledge of AWS security, IAM roles/policies, observability, CloudWatch monitoring, and production troubleshooting • Contact center/CCaaS domain knowledge, particularly voice, IVR, routing, digital interactions, or integration patterns • Experience joining an in-flight project or short-term backfill assignment and becoming productive quickly
