About the Role We are seeking an OpenShift Engineer with expertise in OpenShift AI Platform to join our team. This role involves designing, deploying, and managing Red Hat OpenShift clusters and AI environments. Key Responsibilities • Design, deploy, configure, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters across on-premises and cloud environments • Implement and support OpenShift AI environments for Data Scientists and ML Engineers • Deploy, monitor, and manage AI/ML workloads, notebooks, model serving, and pipelines • Configure and maintain Kubernetes resources, operators, and containerized applications • Automate platform provisioning using Ansible, Terraform, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines • Implement cluster security, RBAC, secrets management, and compliance standards • Monitor platform health using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenShift monitoring tools • Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity planning for OpenShift clusters • Collaborate with DevOps, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and Security teams to deliver scalable solutions • Support model deployment, model monitoring, and MLOps best practices Requirements • Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) • Hands-on experience with OpenShift AI / Red Hat OpenShift Data Science • Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, and container orchestration • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Tekton • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible • Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting • Understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, ingress, and service mesh • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
