About the Role We are looking for an experienced AWS ETL Cloud Engineer to join our team in McLean, VA. This is a long-term contract position requiring 12-15 years of experience. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure • Develop and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines • Manage and monitor cloud services and data integration solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AWS infrastructure, applications, and data pipelines • Implement CI/CD practices and automated deployments Requirements • 12-15 years of experience with AWS Services including S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, SNS, SQS, EC2, VPC, RDS, and IAM • Proficiency in Python and/or PySpark/Spark • Experience with ETL and Data Integration tools such as Qlik, IICS, and IDMC • Strong SQL skills and experience with Relational and NoSQL Databases • Linux and Shell Scripting expertise • Familiarity with Scheduling Tools like Control-M or AutoSys • Experience with Monitoring tools including CloudWatch and ELK Stack • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Automated Deployments, and Agile methodologies
