About the Role We are building a greenfield, shared AWS platform supporting many cloud-native tenant development teams. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative operations role for a mid-level engineer. Key Responsibilities • Track toward senior-level responsibilities in AWS platform operations • Triage on-demand requests from tenant teams • Manage releases and unblock teams through real-time collaboration • Perform rapid troubleshooting and pair programming Requirements • 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and containers • Strong familiarity with automation pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, or CodePipeline) • Fluency in at least one major language (Python, TypeScript, Java) • Clear understanding of AWS networking (VPC, route tables, peering, ALB/NLB) • Experience implementing security countermeasures for DISA STIG compliance • Must align with 9 AM – 5 PM ET working hours and travel twice a year to DC • US citizenship and Secret clearance required
