About the Role We are looking for an experienced AXIOM QA Automation Engineer with 8+ years of QA/testing experience and strong hands-on expertise in AXIOM/AxiomSL within the Banking / Financial Services domain. Key Responsibilities • Define QA strategy, automation roadmap and test plans for AXIOM releases • Build and maintain reusable UI, API, database and AXIOM automation frameworks • Validate source data, transformations, calculations, reconciliations and regulatory reports • Lead functional, integration, regression, system and production-validation testing • Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines • Drive defect triage, root-cause analysis and resolution • Collaborate with BAs, developers, data teams and regulatory-reporting SMEs • Mentor QA engineers and enforce automation standards Requirements • 8+ years of QA/testing experience • Strong hands-on expertise in AXIOM/AxiomSL • Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain • Proficiency in TestComplete, MySQL, SQL • Experience with UI, API & Database Automation • Knowledge of Test Automation Frameworks • Understanding of Functional, Regression & Integration Testing • Experience with Regulatory Reporting Validation • Skills in Data Validation, Reconciliation & Transformation Testing • CI/CD Pipeline Integration experience • Agile / Scrum methodology knowledge • Defect Triage & Root-Cause Analysis skills
