About the Role We are looking for an Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This role involves designing and building cloud solutions using Azure Public Cloud services. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement cloud solutions using Azure IaaS and PaaS services • Develop and adopt DevSecOps strategy and ways-of-working • Deploy applications and build infrastructure in cloud via Azure DevOps CI/CD deployment pipelines • Script and automate processes using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar • Provision resources using Terraform OSS • Work with container frameworks, Docker, and Kubernetes • Manage IaaS workloads and design/operation of Azure Backup and Azure Monitor • Implement Azure policies to enforce compliance, security, and governance Requirements • 8-10+ years’ experience working in medium to large IT environments • 4 years working with Azure Public Cloud services designing and building cloud solutions • In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud platform and its offerings • Experience developing and adopting DevSecOps strategy • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD deployment pipelines • Skills in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and Terraform OSS • Knowledge of container frameworks, Docker, and Kubernetes • Deep knowledge of running IaaS workloads and design/operation of Azure Backup and Azure Monitor • In-depth understanding of Azure policies and implementing them to enforce compliance, security, and governance
