About the Role Kaizer Software Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer for a contract position in New York, NY. This role involves working with enterprise and regulated environments, with a focus on financial services. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure • Manage Azure VMs, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, and Application Gateways • Develop and maintain Azure App Services and AKS • Utilize Terraform, Bicep, and ARM Templates for infrastructure as code • Monitor and analyze Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights • Ensure data security and reliability through Azure Storage, Backup, and Disaster Recovery • Automate tasks and optimize cloud resources using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize cloud performance Requirements • 9–15 years of experience in Azure Cloud Engineering • Strong background in enterprise and regulated environments • Financial Services experience preferred • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Strong sense of urgency and ownership Benefits • 6+ month contract opportunity • Hybrid work arrangement with onsite requirements on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday • Opportunity to work with a diverse team and contribute to meaningful projects
