About the Role We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Operations Support Engineer to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise Microsoft Azure environments. This role requires strong hands-on experience in Azure infrastructure administration and production support. Key Responsibilities • Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Azure infrastructure • Manage and troubleshoot Azure VMs, Storage Accounts, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, and Application Gateway • Monitor cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights • Handle production incidents, service requests, problem management, and RCA • Support Microsoft Entra ID, Azure RBAC, Key Vault, and security configurations • Manage Azure Backup, disaster recovery, and recovery operations • Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure Automation • Support Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates • Perform performance monitoring, capacity planning, and cost optimization • Participate in major incident bridges and 24x7 production support Requirements • Strong L2/L3 Azure Cloud Operations Experience • Experience with Azure infrastructure administration • Production support and incident management experience • Troubleshooting and automation skills • Cloud security knowledge • Work authorization: Green Card (GC) or US Citizen (USC) only
