About the Role
We are looking for an Azure Data Engineer to join Radioactive Technologies. This role involves designing, building, securing, and optimizing enterprise-scale cloud data platforms on Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement end-to-end data solutions
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for data engineering
• Manage enterprise data governance
• Optimize cloud costs and ensure platform security
• Deliver high-performance analytics platforms
Requirements
• 12+ years of total experience, with 6+ years in Azure Services
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Purview, and Azure DevOps
• Strong expertise in modern data engineering practices
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Spark SQL
• Experience with ETL/ELT, Medallion Architecture, Lakehouse, and Data Warehouse
• Knowledge of Azure Security features including Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and Data Encryption
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
• Excellent communication skills and ability to attend 3-4 meetings or calls per day
