About the Role We are seeking an experienced Azure Mainframe Architect to oversee our mainframe environment and manage outsourcing vendors. Key Responsibilities • Manage mainframe outsourcing providers and ensure SLAs are met • Lead troubleshooting, incident response, and capacity planning • Review and approve changes and software releases • Streamline operations and guide application teams Requirements • 13+ years of systems programming experience • Experience managing outsourcing agreements and SOWs • Strong ITIL knowledge • Excellent communication and vendor management skills • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) • Nice to have: Agile
