About the Role We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team at Arbeit Group. This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable backend systems for a used car sales website platform. Key Responsibilities • Drive best practices in coding, testing, observability, and system reliability • Learn and maintain the servers, databases, and business logic that support the functions and features of the used car sales website platform • Act as the primary technical point of contact for Product Managers, Architects, Designers, and other stakeholders • Design and implement an efficient API to ensure smooth communication between the frontend and backend, as well as with external parties • Conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure security, stability, and optimal performance of backend applications • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback • Guide and develop the Developers Team in solving complex technical problems Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field • At least 2 years of overall work experience and knowledge in backend development and programming (Java) • Competency in JavaSpring / Springboot, PostgreSQL / mySQL database, Object-Oriented Programming, SDLC Scrum, Unit Testing / Design Pattern / Code Convention, Message Broker (Kafka / RabbitMQ), AWS Cloud, API Contract, Docker / Kubernetes, CI/CD • Experienced in code-reviewing • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills • Willing to work in the office/Onsite
