About the Role Andersen is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join an international organization in the financial and protection services domain, focusing on Identity & Access Management. Key Responsibilities • Contribute to architecture and technical decisions • Collaborate with experienced engineering teams • Develop scalable, security-focused backend systems Requirements • 7+ years of backend development experience • 5+ years of experience with Go (Golang) • Strong production experience with IAM, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, JWT, and RBAC • Hands-on experience with gRPC, distributed systems, and high-performance backend services • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD • Strong knowledge of security best practices, cryptography, and federated identity
