About the Role We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing scalable backend systems using Python and various Azure services. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs • Optimize database performance • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Support production systems • Collaborate with product team on technical requirements Requirements • 8+ years of software engineering experience • Strong Python development expertise • Experience with FastAPI and Pydantic • Knowledge of SQL, SQLAlchemy, SQLModel, and database optimization • Experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Key Vault • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management • RESTful API development and production support • Git and version control Ideal Candidate A hands-on backend engineer with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to independently deliver production-ready solutions.
