About the Role We are looking for a Backend Engineer with expertise in PHP and Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 to join our team. This role involves leading technical implementation and collaborating with architects on scalable e-commerce solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL resolvers • Work with Magento modules, plugins, observers, cron jobs, and message-queue consumers • Develop event-driven architecture using RabbitMQ or similar platforms • Integrate with ERP, PIM, OMS, inventory, pricing, and catalog platforms • Optimize Magento performance for high-volume e-commerce workloads • Implement automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, debugging, and production support Requirements • Strong expertise in PHP and Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 • Hands-on experience with Magento modules, plugins, observers, cron jobs, and message-queue consumers • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and GraphQL resolvers • Experience with event-driven architecture and RabbitMQ or similar messaging platforms • Knowledge of AWS, cloud-native services, caching, databases, and distributed systems • Experience integrating with ERP, PIM, OMS, inventory, pricing, and catalog platforms • Strong understanding of Magento performance optimization and high-volume e-commerce workloads • Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, debugging, and production support • Ability to lead technical implementation, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architects
