About the Role A growing creative agency is looking for a Senior Backend / Platform Engineer to help scale a newly launched internal platform powering creator workflows, automation and client-facing products. Key Responsibilities • Own the technical direction, architecture and scaling of the platform • Build and ship new features whilst remaining hands-on with development • Scale a platform supporting 10,000+ creators and high-volume data workflows • Partner closely with Product, Data Science and Campaign teams • Drive platform reliability, observability and infrastructure best practices • Manage third-party API integrations, automation and workflow tooling • Help shape future AI-powered product capabilities Requirements • Strong backend engineering experience • Experience scaling cloud-based platforms • Platform, infrastructure or architecture exposure • Startup/scale-up experience preferred
