About the Role We are looking for a Backend Python AI Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on developing AI-powered backend systems with Python and related technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop microservices using Python, FastAPI, and REST APIs • Implement AI/LLMs, Agentic AI, LangChain, and LangGraph solutions • Handle agent orchestration, state management, tool/function calling, retries, and error handling • Work with RAG, prompt engineering, SQL, and enterprise data integrations • Design Human-in-the-loop workflows, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability Requirements • Strong Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and microservices development skills • Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs, Agentic AI, LangChain, and LangGraph • Experience with agent orchestration, state management, tool/function calling, retries, and error handling • Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, SQL, and enterprise data integrations • Experience with Docker, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, or MLflow is a plus • Healthcare / Medicaid experience preferred • Knowledge of Medicaid enrollment, claims, capitation, reconciliation, or Record-to-Report (R2R)
