About the Role We are seeking a Backend Python Developer to join a small, cross-functional team developing and maintaining backend services that support data-driven operations. The solutions are hosted on Microsoft Azure and developed primarily in Python. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain backend services running on Azure • Write reliable, maintainable Python code • Collaborate with teammates to deliver features and improve existing solutions • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and improve cloud service deployment processes Requirements • Proficiency in Python • Experience developing and deploying applications on a cloud platform • Working knowledge of Git • Ability to collaborate effectively in an agile, cross-functional team • Advanced English proficiency, especially for technical discussions, documentation, and written communication Nice to have • Experience with Microsoft Azure • Experience building ETL pipelines using Databricks and Spark • Hands-on experience with concurrency and asynchronous programming • Experience implementing application logging and using observability tools such as Datadog • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform • Experience with Go
