About the Role We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on managing bench resources and driving sales in the US IT staffing market. Key Responsibilities • Manage and reduce bench resources • Market GC EAD, H4 EAD, GC & USC consultants • Build and maintain strong vendor/client networks Requirements • 1–5 years of experience in Bench Sales • Experience marketing GC EAD, H4 EAD, GC & USC consultants • Strong vendor/client network • Full-Time (FTE) Bench Sales experience is mandatory Note: Candidates with only Contract, C2C, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), or other non-FTE experience are not eligible.
