About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize Salesforce deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment administration. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize Salesforce deployment processes • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Handle release management and environment administration • Ensure Salesforce sandbox management and deployments • Conduct Apex testing Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps & Release Management • Expertise in Salesforce DX (SFDX), Salesforce CLI & Metadata API • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions • Experience with Copado, Gearset, or Flosum • Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub, Bitbucket & GitLab • Experience with Salesforce sandbox management, deployments & Apex testing • Understanding of Salesforce security, metadata management & deployment strategies Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Government Cloud experience • Prior government/public-sector Salesforce implementation experience • Active Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, DevOps Engineer, Administrator, etc.) • Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce deployments
