About the Role We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. This role focuses on analyzing healthcare data and creating insightful reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards • Analyze QNXT healthcare data: Claims, Membership, Provider, and Eligibility • Perform data extraction, validation, and reconciliation using Snowflake and SQL • Build reporting datasets and analytical data models • Identify trends, investigate data discrepancies, and deliver actionable insights • Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and data engineers Requirements • 4–7 years of experience in BI, Reporting, or Data Analytics • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and advanced SQL • Practical experience with QNXT healthcare data • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills • AWS S3, AWS Glue, Python • Healthcare payer / managed care domain knowledge • Data warehouse experience
